📹 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
🔁 Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
