  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, including the gift box and any accessories.

🚫 No returns will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Minor color or texture variations (natural stones like pyrite may vary)

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost, subject to verification.

  • Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received and checked (if required).
