We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, including the gift box and any accessories.

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost, subject to verification.
